Jax Hart (they/them) started Hungry Heart as a cupcake and coffee food cart back in 2010 and has been growing ever since. Now offering scratch made pastries, bread, sweets, and brunch (in collaboration with Morgan of Heartbreaker) Hungry Heart Bakery has become a staple of the Montavilla neighborhood. Jax is proud to run a bakery that is focused on community, delicious baked goods, and a safe and friendly atmosphere for all.
