Roux is a series of dinners, brunches, parties, panels and food-centric experiences with women at the helm.

Since 2019, Roux has been creating unforgettable events across chef collabs, culinary games to panels, workshops and pop-ups that fill the city with flavor. Each year there is something new, inclusive and always made with our favorite ingredient — women.

Our love letter to the city, Roux is for the food-obsessed, community advocate, design lover and the culinary curious.

Friday Party @ The Hoxton & Pamana

Kick off the Roux weekend! The evening begins with a conversation exploring hospitality, connection, and the importance of creating meaningful experiences in an increasingly disconnected world, followed by a vibrant party designed to bring those ideas to life featuring visiting chef, Christina Topacio! Come for music, collab treats, wine, cocktails and a few fun surprises.

Saturday Dinner at Gado Gado

Celebrate Portland's best dining experience and join us for a thoughtfully curated dinner experience at James Beard–nominated Gado Gado with guest chef, Melissa Miranda from Musang Seattle. Enjoy dessert from Cafe Olli’s very own, Siobhan Speirits.
