Jena Derman is a culinary and operations expert collaborating with businesses of all sizes. Since 2016, Jena Derman, Inc. has offered a full spectrum of services including recipe development, menu & operations strategy from concept to launch, assistance with FDA compliance, on-site commercialization and kitchen & commissary design.

Before starting Jena Derman, Inc. in 2016, Jena spearheaded Culinary Operations as a founding member of the Momofuku Milk Bar dessert empire and lifestyle brand. Afterwards, Jena experienced first-hand what it takes to innovate in the start-up space as Chief Culinary Officer at Wim, an organic CPG + appliance company that was later acquired.
