One of the first female chocolate makers in the country, Holly’s role as Product Development Director for Serra now has her immersed in the world of cannabis. Her focus is on combining healing aspects of the plant with the best ingredients she can find, pairing cannabis with confections to provide a complete experience for both novice and seasoned users. When she’s not cooking, educating, or advocating for cannabis, she can be found torturing her teenagers with her ukulele.
